Warranty voiding — Any and all alterations performed by Kelso Kreations will void the manufacturer’s original garment warranty.
Manufacturer warnings — All manufacturer warning labels will remain attached on products purchased directly through Kelso Kreations.
Money‑back guarantee — Kelso Kreations offers a seven‑day money‑back guarantee on alterations only, not on the garment itself.
Quotes & Pricing
Quote changes — Quotes may change at any time due to the cost of materials required for alterations.
Kelso Kreations will notify you as soon as possible if a quote needs adjustment.
We will always attempt to source materials at a reasonable price; however, Kelso Kreations has no control over supplier pricing or product availability.
Payments
Deposit requirement — A 50% deposit is required before any work can begin.
Final payment — All payments must be completed prior to garment pickup or postage.
Payment plans — Payment plans are available to assist with costs.
Order Completion & Pickup
Once your order is completed, you have 5 working days to collect your garments.
If postage is required, full payment must be finalised before items are mailed.
Alteration Method & Edging
Edging process — All alterations will include an edging finish to ensure quick‑and‑easy attachment options and to prevent size loss during the alteration process.
